Bio Patricia Weijzen

Patricia is an international, executive coach and transformation expert with over 25 years of experience in culturally diverse corporate environments.She aspires to building healthy organisations through strengthening their leaders and teams. She uses different approaches, tools and methods from the fields of personal transformation, agile leadership, systems thinking, organisational change and team development.

Patricia brings over 15 years board level experience with organizations such as Bosch, Boehringer Ingelheim, Marquard& Bahls, Danfoss, ING, Unilever, Daimler, Mercedes-Benz, DHL, Drees and Sommer, Bomin, Oiltanking, Boston Scientific, Merck, KLM, KPN. Over the last ten years she lived in different countries throughout Europe and Asia which led to extended cross cultural sensitivity. To date she is located in Amsterdam and works primarily with international companies operating throughout Europe.

Patricia has a successful corporate track record of 18 years at ING in various senior roles.

Patricia holds a Master Degree in Education as well as in Marketing, and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), a certified Integral Coach with New Ventures West,  Systemic Coach & practitioner, Hogan certified, Insights certified, certified Enneagram Coach and Master in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
