Fight Club helps Churches and pastors effectively reach both the men within their church and those who are not engaged in discipleship.

Fight Club International is a growing movement to reach men for Christ. Grow them up in Christ and send them out for Christ. In short, to learn how to fight like a godly man for themselves, their families, their churches and their communities.

A Fight Club International “Charter” provides for you and the men of your church the resources to reach men in a non-intimidating context. To use the theme of “Fight Club” and the materials to draw men to Christ and into a transformational model of growth and health.

We have found that many churches have solid discipleship materials for men who are already at or near the core of the church, but are missing the key piece of providing a means to reach men who are nominal or outside of the local church (see concentric circles).

What does a Fight Club do?

Fight Clubs are groups of men who hang together in order to:
EXPAND their effectiveness in reaching men for Christ and discipling them
CONNECT men to your church’s life, vision and mission

The ministry of a local church can be divided into five concentric circles of commitment. At the center are the core members – lay ministers; next are the committed maturing members; then the members of the congregation; the crowd of regular attendees and finally the unchurched community. The goal of the church is to move people from the outer circle to the center.

Fight Club International provides strategy and materials to focus on reaching men who are within the outer three circles:

• Community
• Crowd
• Congregation

Our collaboration with the Christian Men’s Network provides the materials to focus on reaching and moving men from the outer circles into the inner circles:

• Congregation
• Committed
• Core

This provides each church with the strategy and materials necessary to reach, mobilize, motivate and equip men to live and lead on-mission for Christ in and through their local church.
