FutureLead

The primary reason FutureLead’s training is successful is because of the following key insight:
Men who are either not utilized or are deployed outside of their purpose and passion won’t stay with it. It doesn’t matter if it’s at church in a ministry or in the marketplace. This is why research shows that some 81 million men who claim to be Christians don’t attend church because they find no relevance or connection to maximize them.

When something is “a job” or guilt induced “ministry for God” but there is no passion or personal purpose or connected to it, men either bail, or become just another disillusioned Christian man who either bails completely as mentioned above or simply hangs out around the fringe of the church. FutureLead’s equipping tackles this issue head on, helping men identify their purpose and passion and then to live and lead On Mission for Christ.

Through conferences, communication, materials, coaching and consultation, FutureLead’s goal is to revolutionize men in the home, the church, the community, the marketplace and the world. It takes calling, commitment, and courage. It means not working harder with old ineffective models and moving forward with fresh purpose, passion, vision and strategy. If the “old methods” were working, we wouldn’t see fewer and fewer men in church every year, fewer men coming to Christ, an every increasing rate of divorce, deomestic violence and absentee Fathers.

The five components of a revolutionary life and ministry to men are:

PURPOSE: What is your purpose?
PASSION: Why is this important?
VISION: Where will the efforts end up?
STRATEGY: How will the team fulfill and accomplish the mission?
SKILLS: Which person, skill set, and gifts are need to accomplish this?

FutureLead mobilizes, motivates and equips men to nail down their purpose. Ignite or reignite their spiritual passion as well as refocus their vision. FutureLead will then provide the pathway for ministry to men leaders to strategize the steps and actions needed to take place to realize their purpose. Finally, FutureLead will show how to identify the individuals, collective gifts and skills necessary to build a highly effective and revolutionary team ready to complete the purpose.

    Cheaper than an Affair

It still amazes me ... when it happens. It shouldn't shock me ... but it does. It shocks a lot of us for good reasons. Church leaders (mostly Pastors) have ...
