There is a global need to equip men and pastors in the foundational principles, strategies, and philosophy of developing a dynamic and highly effective ministry to men. The Men’s Ministry Institute, which utilizes a webinar format, is being launched in collaboration with Paul Cole and the Christian Men’s Network. By utilizing webinars, this training will be both affordable and accessible to men around the globe. There are three tracks from which to choose:

Men’s Ministry Coach’s track – These men will be trained to train others in their regions of ministry and will be a part of the global Christian Men’s Network.

Pastor’s track – Pastors will be equipped in all that is necessary to launch a ministry to men within their churches, fueling every other area of ministry. Rather than creating something that becomes another silo, the strategy to reach and connect men becomes a powerful force for Christ in and through their church.

Men’s Ministry Leader track – These men will be equipped to fulfill the vision and passion of their pastor to reach and disciple men for Christ. This training enables a pastor to lead his men and have confidence that they are equipped for the task and on track with his vision.
