Team development

When developing (leadership) teams the involvement of the team leader is essential: he/she is in the driver seat. Therefore, team development is always a combination of leadership development (aimed at developing the team) and team activities. Team activities can vary but mostly consist of a series of off site interactive workshops.We design and facilitate these workshops  in line with company objectives or change initiatives. Typically a series of workshop holds element of vision and value work, collaboration practices and leadership culture.
